  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still intact.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the extent of the condition.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@cartfineunie.com with photos of the item and its condition. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Late Returns

Any returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned outside of this period may be refused or returned to you at your own expense.

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs incurred for returning items or for the initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

9. Exceptions
